Delivery Policy
Delivery cost and timing depend on the item, destination, stock position, handling requirements, and the service agreed in the final quote or order confirmation.
Confirmation before dispatch
JSK confirms the products, quantities, destination, delivery contact, charge, and estimated timing before dispatch. Preorder and imported items follow the timing stated in the accepted quote.
Receiving goods
The receiving person should inspect the package count and visible condition at handover. Any visible shortage or damage should be reported promptly with the order or JSK code and clear photos.
Tracking and changes
Where tracking is available, JSK records shipment stages against the customer reference. Address or timing changes may affect the route, charge, and delivery date and must be confirmed before dispatch.
